Mature height 30 to 40 feet with a comparable width. Long pendulous branches that sweep the ground give this deciduous tree an exceptionally graceful appearance. The leaves are very slender, 3 to 6 inches in length; light green above and grayish green beneath. This fast growing Willow will thrive in wet areas. Plant in a sunny to shady area. At home in a wide variety of soil types. Adds a light graceful touch around ponds and streams. The characteristic broad canopy of drooping branches and rounded crown also makes this a rather dignified and majestic specimen tree in your landscape. Zone: 4-8
